By accessing or using the services provided by Kulla Inglizit (including the website, bookings, accommodations, and on-site amenities), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Bookings and Reservations
All reservations must be made via our official website or through third-party booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Hostelworld).
Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, depending on platform policies.
Prices may vary based on seasonality, room type, and availability.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: From 14:00 (2 PM)
Check-Out: Until 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and may incur an additional fee.
Valid identification (ID or passport) is required for all guests upon check-in, in compliance with local regulations.
3. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival or no-shows may be charged the full price of the first night.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to the policy of the platform used for booking.
4. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
Guests must behave respectfully and refrain from disturbing other guests.
Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Any damage caused to property must be reported and may result in a charge for repairs or replacement.
The management reserves the right to deny service or cancel a stay without refund if a guest violates house rules or acts inappropriately.
5. Use of Services
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge but must not be used for illegal or harmful activities.
Guests using the luggage storage or booking transportation agree to do so at their own risk.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Kulla Inglizit is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the services paid.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Kulla Inglizit and may not be used without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shkodër.
